Live-Streaming is the process of sending a live video and audio feed, via the internet, to be received by anyone around the world!

 

The Stream Easy Process

 

Step 1: Say hello

All you need to do is say hello and we’ll reserve your date! We’ll be in touch and help make the streaming process, easy. We’ll even shout you coffee! You can’t say no to that right?

Step 2: Confirmation

We’ll confirm your reservation with you attending to any special requests. We’ll also send an invoice due 14 days prior to your special day. That’s it!

Step 3: Celebrate your Marriage!

Live in the moment. We can’t operate without your special day, so enjoy it! We turn up, set-up and ‘go live.’ It’s that simple. We handle all the logistics prior to the day and stream through our all in one broadcast system.

Step 4: Video Delivery

Did we mention we share a full Ceremony video with you? Package dependent. Within 7 days of your event, we share with you a complete video so that you can relive your special day all over again! We know you’ll treasure this for the rest of your lives!

We’ve developed an easy to use live-streaming system that broadcasts your wedding day to family and friends all across the world. We provide a complete all-in-one system that runs reliably, anywhere mobile connection is available.

All we need to do is set-up, stream, pack down and send through your ceremony video in 7 days!

With each package, you’ll get one of our amazing technicians on site to facilitate the streaming process for up to 8 hrs. With picture perfect video and crystal clear audio, have the peace of mind that the ones you love most are sharing in your special day through your own private streaming link!

Can you operate anywhere?

In short, we cannot guarantee Stream reliability in all areas of New Zealand. Internet access is our only hurdle in streaming operations. However, we have a few solutions to tackle this in NZ’s most remote areas.

Do you charge for travel?

We only charge travel on operations outside of the Auckland region and Wellington region. The travel fees are calculated based on distance travelled, return. Travel by air is at the expense of the client.

What gear do you use?

We’re gear fanatics, we use the latest and greatest in camera, audio and streaming tech. We use a combination of the best Sony and Blackmagic camera and streaming equipment in conjunction with an array of the best audio devices to share your Wedding day around the world.

Can we customise our package?

Absolutely! Our packages provide an easy, simple to select option for streaming your wedding. If you're looking for something a little different, get in touch and we’ll put a package together that works for your needs.

Can we stream to an interactive platform?

Yes, we can stream to almost any platform you wish! If you wish to stream to an interactive platform so family and friends can also interact together, we can make that happen!

Do you need internet and power?

Yes and no. We do not require internet access but encourage this to be available if possible for another layer of redundancy. We also require power availability, this is not necessary but it must be disclosed promptly to ensure we can a power solution.
